Hailey Colwell, LICSWA

Hailey Colwell is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associate. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in psychology with a minor in human development in 2016. From there she obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University in 2025.

Hailey has worked in a variety of settings including crisis units, residential settings, and outpatient mental health clinics. She has worked with children, teens, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. 

 

Hailey utilizes techniques from evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

 

Personal Statement:

I believe that no one knows us better than ourselves. To be human is messy and beautiful and sometimes we all need a little guidance in our journey. My hope is to work alongside you to harness a better understanding of what makes you, you, and help identify techniques to overcome any struggles you face along the way.
 

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. I enjoy working with teens and adults.
 

In my personal time I love to read, camp, get hooked on new shows, and spend time with my husband and chocolate lab.
