Alex is a licensed mental health and substance abuse disorder clinician. He primarily works with teens and young adults over the age of 13. He also works with people of all ages who are wanting to work through addiction. Alex worked with teens in a residential facility who were working through mental health and substance abuse challenges before moving to outpatient. He is well versed in DBT and CBT. He states "everyone has needs. Sometimes we try and meet our needs in ways that end up being hurtful. Let's figure out how to meet your needs and make life a little bit easier".
