Stephen S. Meharg, Ph.D., ABN
A Longview-Kelso native, Dr. Meharg completed his undergraduate degree from Washington State University followed by a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. He is board certified with the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and is a consulting psychologist in the department of Internal Medicine at St John Medical Center
After a final year of training in behavioral medicine and neuropsychology at the Portland VA Medical Center, Dr. Meharg entered private practice in the Longview area. He has been a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Washington since 1992. In addition to a general practice in psychotherapy, he holds specialties in clinical and forensic neuropsychology, and consults regularly with area medical and legal professionals. Much of his current practice is devoted to consultative assessments, clinical training and supervision, and practice administration. Dr. Meharg holds membership in the American Psychological Association, American Academy of Neurology, National Academy of Neuropsychology, Pacific Northwest Neuropsychological Society, and American College of Professional Neuropsychology.
