Personal Statement:
I have over a decade of experience working with people to help them overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also help families strengthen the bonds of trust and love, and give support to individuals coping with sudden changes to their work life or relationships. I believe when working with children it’s really best to support both the child and the parent, and actively involve parents to teach and encourage children to use coping skills to handle problem behaviors and “big” emotions.
The path to wellness looks different for everyone – some people have a story they need to share, others want to focus on learning skills. I have worked with many kinds of clients – women and men, older children, teens, parents, and grandparents. I’m committed to helping you create what works for you to find balance and healing in your own life.
