Personal Statement:

I believe that therapy needs to be tailored to people’s unique needs and should harness the personal strengths that they have already developed. I love talking to people and hearing their stories, then coming up with a plan to help them through their challenges. I support treatment of the whole-person taking into account their physical, mental, social and emotional health.

My speciality is in working with people substance use disorders and their

interaction with other mental health conditions. I have experience in supporting people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and many other areas.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy reading, traveling, gardening, canning, cooking, camping and experiencing new adventures.
