Making an Appointment

Making an appointment with anyone at NWPR is easy.

If you already know who you would like to see, simply call our office number at:

If you call during normal business hours (8:30am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri), your call will be answered by one of our friendly office staff. If you call after hours, the answering system will provide you the option of leaving a confidential message for either the office staff or a particular clinician.

After contact is made, staff will offer you the option of scheduling an appointment right then, or leaving a message for the clinician to return your call him- or herself. Our office staff will then spend a few minutes to confidentially collect some information about you, and then mail you necessary forms for you to complete at your convenience and bring in to your first appointment.

Clinicians at NWPR each have busy practices. In some cases, there may be waiting list to see a particular clinician. In this event, you will be given the option to be placed on this waiting list, see another NWPR clinician with expertise related to your problem, or possibly be referred to another community agency. In each case, the choice is yours.

If you do yet know who you would like to see, we recommend calling our office staff to discuss your situation and needs. Our staff can then connect you with the clinician that is best suited to help.
